Our Service Modules

Customized modules and contracts for our global partners Depending on the installation's site

The place of your installation is one of the most important aspects for a Photovoltaic park. Therefore we specially developped several modules which are the essentials for our service and maintenance contracts.

  • Technical Helpline

    Our experts are on hand to provide you with support in analysis and diagnostics, up to 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Spare parts and Spare part packages

    Use of globally standardized components makes replacement much easier. We can supply you with spare parts and spare parts packages. We also help you to identify the components you need and get them to you as quickly as possible.

  • Technical support

    You can call upon personal support from our experienced service technicians whenever you need it. Our staff will help you with diagnostics and parameter setting for your products worldwide.

  • Repairs and replacement

    We will be glad to repair your central inverter atour in-house workshop, or provide you with a replacement unit. This support applies to all our products. Our global service partners will ensure that your equipment is quickly available for use again.

  • Engineering und Application Support

    We will support and advise you in planning and configuring your systems according to your specifications.

  • Training

    Our service staff regularly provides Product training to international customers in our products. Based on our expert material, we can train, qualify and certify your staff on our systems in all subject areas technically relevant to you. We will be glad to coordinate the required scope of training with you.

  • Installation and commissioning

    We will be glad to support you in installing and commissioning your systems. The relevant function tests and measurements are included for our partners. We will also inspect the work carried out by your contractor and document the system status. We can carry out commissioning of your system on request.

  • System checking and inspection

    Regular checking and inspection is essential to ensure that systems deliver the best possible performance at all times and over the long term. In the event you would like to sell your system, we will be glad to assist you in drawing up an expert system assessment report.

  • Extended warranty

    In combination with an annual service (see Prevent/Preserve contract), warranty coverage can be provided for up to 5 years.

Modular service & maintenance contracts LTI ReEnergy GmbH offers its international partners various service and maintenance contracts tailored to specific customer requirements and conditions at the system site.

PRESERVE

We will qualify and certify your staff and Monitor the quality of their work in order to enhance system availability and service life. This will allow you to carry out all service and maintenance procedures yourself on the basis of our standardized service plans and be assured of the quality of work done. PRESERVE contracts run for a maximum of 20 years, in 5-year blocks.

This contract covers:

  • Acceptance testing and auditing of the photovoltaic plant
  • Technical training of your staff with certification
  • A comprehensive package enabling you to carry out your own service and maintenance procedures
  • Access to the latest software updates
  • Access to our technical helpline from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday
  • Option: Performance monitoring via the online portal www.pvmaster.de
  • Option: Spare Parts package included

Local Service Concept

PREVENT

This standardized maintenance contract offers you optimal value for money to assure the long-term performance of your Photovoltaic park. PREVENT contracts run for a maximum of 20 years, in 5-year blocks.

This contract covers:

  • Access to our technical helpline from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday
  • Use of the PVMApp monitoring portal
  • Annual service included Travel expenses and service parts
  • Option: Performance monitoring via the online portal www.pvmaster.de


Preconditions:

  • consistent contract coverage
  • Annual certified service

ADVANTAGE

This contract type assures efficient utilization of your photovoltaic plant, enhancing your Return on Investment over the long term. ADVANTAGE contracts run for a maximum of 20 years, in 5-year blocks.

This contract covers:

  • Access to our technical helpline from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on workdays
  • Use of the PVMApp monitoring portal
  • Specific arrangement during years 2-5 in the first contract period
  • Annual service included Travel expenses and service parts
  • Spare Parts package included
  • Option: Performance monitoring via the online portal www.pvmaster.de

Preconditions:

  • consistent contract coverage
  • Annual certified service

PREMIUM – the full-service cover-all package

The PREMIUM contract offers both Investors and technical developers full-service cover for the entire year. PREMIUM contracts run for a maximum of 20 years, in 5-year blocks.

The PREMIUM contract covers cost of materials, labour and travel expenses:

  • Full-service solution for international photovoltaic parks
  • Access to our technical helpline from 8 a.m to 8 p.m. on workdays and from 8 a.m to 6 p.m. on Sundays and on public holidays
  • Use of the PVMApp monitoring portal
  • Performance monitoring via the online Portal www.pvmaster.de
  • Spare Parts package included
  • Service calls and travel expenses included

Preconditions:

  • Only selectable if there is a local service centre
